What You'll Do

• Support the planning and execution of field marketing programs that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate event logistics and vendor communications to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives for program execution.
• Track and manage budgets for marketing programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Report on event performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing activities.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to share insights and best practices.
• Participate in major events like Webflow Conf, representing the company and engaging with attendees.
• Travel for 20+ events per year to support field marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in field or event marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in executing field marketing programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo to manage marketing campaigns effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events and marketing initiatives.
