About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. This role offers you the opportunity to lead HR initiatives and drive employee engagement from the comfort of your home. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring compliance with Belgian labor laws.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Manage talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.
• Conduct employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws and regulations.
• Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
• Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll management.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR analytics tools.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
• Familiarity with employee engagement strategies.
