Global Head of Core Schemes Management - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Head of Core Schemes Management to join our team and make a significant impact on our organization and the world. This Global Head of Core Schemes Management remote position is a unique opportunity to lead the management of core products and ensure BSI Assurance maintains its accreditation and recognition across various management system schemes.

What You'll Do

• Standardize, digitize, and simplify the management of our Core Schemes.
• Maintain up-to-date horizon scanning and communicate changes to the Senior Q&C leadership team.
• Establish and update manuals and related forms in line with Core Scheme requirements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the preparation of training across functions.
• Collaborate with the Assurance Academy team to keep Core Schemes training materials current.
• Provide direction for planning transitions or changes to scheme requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits of the Core Schemes.
• Oversee the performance of Core KPIs and provide guidance/recommendations to enhance performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in quality and compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301.
• Experience in training and coaching teams on compliance-related activities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
