About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain IT Solutions to join our team at Elanco. This remote position allows you to be part of a global leader in animal health, dedicated to innovation and delivering products that enhance the lives of animals. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in discovering and delivering digital solutions within a complex product area, ensuring they are valuable and viable, delivering meaningful outcomes aligned with corporate strategy and goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead product growth and innovation, enhancing product value through strategic insights.
• Facilitate the prioritization of changes needed for Elanco’s ERP system that support manufacturing and quality processes.
• Obtain funding for necessary changes by collaborating with business leadership.
• Communicate with vendors to secure the required resources for product changes.
• Drive innovation and efficiency while leveraging your expertise to enhance our processes and digital products.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, adapting it in strategic development efficiently.
• Analyze and resolve product challenges using data-driven insights.
• Persuasively communicate strategic product value across varied audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data science, business).
• 7+ years of technology experience with SAP in life sciences.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, validating, and maintaining GxP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide influential insights.
• Experience in agile methodologies and product backlog management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the animal health industry.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and SAP transactions.
• Previous leadership experience in product management roles.
