About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to join our team remotely. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems and facilities management. This role is crucial in maintaining our facilities and ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Conduct maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks in building technology.
- Ensure the smooth operation of technical systems and address any disruptions promptly.
- Oversee building supplies such as water and heating, performing regular maintenance as per schedules.
- Collect monthly key figures and relevant consumption parameters for building utilities.
- Manage the upkeep of outdoor areas, including winter services.
- Organize and order consumables, spare parts, and wear parts as needed.
- Coordinate with external service providers and oversee the quality of their work.
- Plan economical transport routes and manage pool vehicles, ensuring their maintenance and safety.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, ideally as an electrician for energy and building technology.
- Initial professional experience in building or facility management is advantageous.
- Strong technical understanding and practical skills.
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Responsibility in handling technical systems and processes.
- Class B driver's license.

- Experience with facility management software.
