Operations Analyst - Remote Role for AI Skills Development

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Analyst to join our team at Correlation One, focusing on developing the workforce's skills for the AI economy. This Operations Analyst remote position is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Program Managers and assist in managing live, online training programs that empower learners worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing and launching Correlation One training programs, including application management and instructional staff hiring.
• Collaborate with the Product and Operations team to run business operations, focusing on data science and data analytics training programs.
• Create a friendly, professional learning environment by addressing learner needs and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Perform anecdotal and statistical analysis on collected product data to uncover actionable insights across various channels and client segments.
• Manage live class operations on Saturdays, ensuring a smooth experience for learners and instructors.

Requirements

• Must possess JLPT N2 (N1 preferred) certification or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in English, with the ability to engage large audiences.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Slack and Zoom.
• Proactive approach and high attention to detail.
