- Maintain accurate records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and assist with HR-related audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
- Solid understanding of employment law practices and compliance with regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual in Spanish or another language to support a diverse workforce.
- Experience administering HR programs and benefits.
