HR Advisor - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team at Kepak Group, a leading global food company. This HR Advisor remote role offers an exciting opportunity to drive a positive and engaging culture within our organization. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR strategy and enhancing employee engagement across our sites.
What You'll Do
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to positively influence approaches and behaviors in line with company standards.
- Manage Employee Relations cases end-to-end, including investigation, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working, absence, and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the HR department.
- Lead assigned ad-hoc projects, including data gathering, research, and analysis.
- Support the HR Manager with annual HR processes such as salary reviews and employee surveys.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising, responding to applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the Training Coordinator with new hire inductions and other training needs.
Requirements
- CIPD Qualified - Level 5 preferred or qualified through experience.
- Passionate about delivering a proactive, operationally focused HR service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage with multi-national teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience in the food manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
