About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Homerez. As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating service terms until contract signing, ensuring a seamless sales process from start to finish. Your ability to connect with property owners and promote the Homerez solution will be key to your success.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from identifying needs to contract signing.
• Engage with vacation rental owners via phone to persuade them to partner with us.
• Promote the Homerez solution effectively to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with property owners.
• Monitor the performance of your assigned properties to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey enthusiasm over the phone.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and Spanish; English is a plus.
• No specific degree required; personality and motivation are valued.

Nice to Have

• Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the vacation rental industry.
