Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or workforce analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes is a plus.
