About the Role

We are seeking a talented Headcount & Workforce Analytics Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide insights into workforce management and headcount optimization. As a Headcount & Workforce Analytics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategies and ensuring effective resource allocation.

What You'll Do

Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for staffing optimization.
Utilize tools such as Power BI and Excel to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with HR and management teams to forecast staffing needs and capacity planning.
Conduct legal research and document reviews to support HR programs and initiatives.
Implement analytical models to enhance decision-making processes within the organization.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analysis or workforce analytics.
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes is a plus.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI systems and network security.
Experience in legal research or as a paralegal.
Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning.
