Requirements

• Proven experience in product design leadership with a strong portfolio showcasing design craft and quality.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering their growth and development.
• Experience with design systems and their implementation in a tech environment.
• Familiarity with collaboration across teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in design processes.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
