About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Qualtrics. As a leader in experience management software, Qualtrics empowers organizations to manage customer, employee, product, and brand experiences. This role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring our clients achieve success through our innovative SaaS platform.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of 6-8 FSI Enterprise Account Executives, guiding them to close experience gaps using our comprehensive SaaS solutions.
  • Coach direct reports in effective sales strategies and pipeline management to maximize performance.
  • Recruit and nurture a high-performing sales team that thrives in a competitive environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to retain and grow partnerships, ensuring long-term success.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations, demonstrating expertise in the sales process.
  • Stay informed about Qualtrics' solutions and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  • Drive company revenue growth through a focus on client success and satisfaction.
  • Encourage strategic risk-taking and problem-solving within the team to foster innovation.
  • Participate in quarterly team activities and events to build team cohesion and morale.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years managing an enterprise-level sales team.
  • 6-8 years of individual enterprise-level sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with MEDDIC sales processes.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
