About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Practice Better. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our health and wellness practitioners by ensuring they have the tools and support needed to thrive. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to a mission-driven company dedicated to transforming health and wellness practices.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital and one-to-many programs for customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Create and execute a cohesive strategy with tangible goals to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our services.
  • Provide thought leadership as we evolve our Customer Success vision, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Support, Product, and Marketing to enhance customer engagement.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture for continuous improvement, adapting strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain connections with key customer stakeholders to foster long-term relationships.
  • Coach and develop the Customer Success team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a customer success team.
  • Proven ability to build digital success motions with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with modern tech stacks including BI analytics tools, Jira, Zendesk, etc.
  • Analytical, curious, and adaptable mindset, with a passion for continuous learning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the health and wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and tools.
