Accounting Intern - Remote Position at Lifen

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounting Intern to join our team at Lifen, a pioneering company in the HealthTech industry. As an Accounting Intern working remotely, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team while gaining valuable experience in the field.

What You'll Do

• Participate in accounts payable: verifying invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate accounting entries.
• Manage employee expense reports: data entry, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Assist in accounts receivable: handling client inquiries, follow-ups, and payment reconciliations.
• Contribute to periodic account closures: verifying client and supplier accounts, preparing cut-off entries (FNP, CCA, FAE, PCA), etc.
• Support the finance team in various administrative tasks and ongoing projects.

Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (BAC+2 to BAC+4).
• A prior internship or experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus, but your curiosity and eagerness to learn are equally important.
• You are comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and know how to apply common formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• You communicate effectively in both written and spoken French.
