About the Role
We’re Flowout, a leading Webflow agency trusted by renowned companies like Jasper, Zapier, and Stripe. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal as we expand our market reach and enhance our inbound marketing strategies. As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will treat marketing as a revenue engine, focusing on generating a qualified pipeline rather than just managing content calendars.
What You'll Do
- Own website performance, focusing on traffic, conversions, SEO rankings, and lead generation performance.
- Drive qualified pipeline by increasing high-quality inbound leads through SEO, GEO, landing pages, and paid acquisition.
- Manage and optimize ad spend, collaborating with agencies while ensuring a deep understanding of performance metrics.
- Build and optimize landing pages, including writing copy, improving structure, and testing messaging for conversion.
- Lead SEO and GEO efforts, identifying opportunities and proactively improving rankings and visibility.
- Launch and manage video and webinar initiatives, overseeing execution and strategy with hands-on involvement.
- Manage external partners effectively, ensuring high performance and execution.
- Utilize AI and modern marketing tools to enhance speed, output, and experimentation in marketing strategies.
- Take full ownership of marketing initiatives, identifying and fixing issues proactively.
Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO and search-driven growth as primary channels.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to write strong copy and improve web pages independently.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
- Proficient with AI tools and modern marketing workflows.
- Experience managing agencies or freelancers.
- Ambitious and hungry for responsibility and ownership.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow.
- Experience running or supporting webinars and YouTube content.
- Experience managing social media strategy.
- Understanding of CRO and A/B testing frameworks.
- Experience in a B2B agency environment.
