Growth Marketing Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team remotely. As a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, Sardine leverages advanced technologies to stop fraud before it happens. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our demand generation programs and ensuring they produce measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Own the channel strategy and performance across ABM, paid search, paid social, email marketing, events, and content sponsorships.
• Build and launch full-funnel campaigns in partnership with content, product marketing, and sales to target priority accounts and verticals.
• Identify new growth opportunities and translate them into actionable campaign plans.
• Write and optimize copy for emails, landing pages, paid ads, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with the BDR team on list building and outbound sequences to break into target accounts.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline research, campaign creation, and reporting.
• Manage marketing operations, including audience segmentation and campaign tracking.
• Track campaign performance and identify optimizations to improve conversion rates.
• Oversee agency partners to ensure strong execution and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.
• Strong experience managing ad campaigns and events.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
