About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Program Manager to join our team at Stripe. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical operational programs across campaign execution, prospect data management, and marketing process improvement. As a Marketing Operations Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing technology, data operations, and program management efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive critical operational programs across campaign execution, prospect data management, and marketing process improvement.
  • Lead programs to transform marketing and sales development with AI initiatives, such as AI SDRs and agentic marketing campaign production.
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery for marketing operations initiatives, ensuring smooth execution across teams and regions.
  • Serve as the process owner for campaign execution workflows, supporting Growth, Lifecycle, and Global Campaigns marketing teams.
  • Consult on best practices in Marketo and Braze, focusing on automation, scalability, and operational design.
  • Oversee prospect data programs, ensuring the marketing database is healthy, deduplicated, and compliant.
  • Drive sales contact data completeness and accuracy for target accounts, managing third-party data vendor relationships.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to scope business requirements and translate operational needs into product requirements for internal tooling.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or a related program management role within a high-growth technology environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, prospect data, and lead management.
  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end program management of cross-functional marketing, sales, and engineering initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex operational concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing prospect or marketing database programs, including data enrichment and hygiene.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, including lead and contact management.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks related to prospect data acquisition.
