Senior UX Content Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior UX Content Designer to join our innovative team at NinjaTrader. This Senior UX Content Designer remote position offers you the chance to shape the narrative of our trading products and enhance user experiences. As a part of our mission to become the number one retail trading platform, you will play a vital role in translating complex information into engaging content.

What You'll Do

• Write user-centric content that helps users navigate and understand our trading platform.
• Collaborate closely with designers, UX researchers, and product managers to understand user problems and craft content that simplifies complex concepts.
• Establish and streamline content creation processes to align with product development.
• Develop UX writing guidelines to ensure a consistent voice and tone across user journeys.
• Incorporate user feedback and performance metrics to iterate and optimize content.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members while educating cross-functional partners on UX writing and content strategy.
• Contribute to a user-focused and data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing content for complex software products, preferably in fintech.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of styles across multichannel products.
• Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered content strategies.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with effective project management abilities.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AP writing style.
• Experience in the financial markets, particularly futures trading.
• Familiarity with content research methodologies.
