About the Role

As a Senior Staff Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of agentic commerce, working remotely with a talented team dedicated to creating impactful products.

What You'll Do

• Lead design for Agentic Commerce, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to build transformative products.
• Reimagine the consumer checkout experience with agentic commerce capabilities in mind.
• Explore how agentic commerce capabilities can be integrated across various surfaces, including conversational LLMs and merchant apps.
• Build tools for merchants to manage their products effectively across multiple platforms.
• Maintain a high standard for craft and quality, acting as a leader in designing intelligent AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in a tech, product-driven company.
• Impeccable visual and interaction design skills.
• Ability to operate independently and turn ambiguous problems into intuitive solutions.
• Confidence in presenting work to company leadership and communicating design decisions effectively.
• Experience in leading peer designers, either as a design manager or senior individual contributor.
