Growth & Data Analytics Strategist - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Data Analytics Strategist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to drive growth strategies and enhance decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data trends, develop actionable insights, and implement strategies that align with our organizational goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns based on analytics insights.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, and Python to extract and analyze data.
• Prepare and present reports that summarize findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience in financial services or credit union sectors.
• Knowledge of R programming for statistical analysis.
