About the Role

We are seeking a Global Head of Contract Management - Remote to join our innovative team at Ashby. This is a senior leadership position that plays a crucial role in driving our revenue and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As the Global Head of Contract Management, you will lead the charge in building and scaling our global renewal function, focusing on operational rigor and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale a centralized global Contract Management team.
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) while maintaining pricing discipline.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
  • Ensure consistent and predictable renewal outcomes through effective strategies.
  • Maintain high standards for pricing guardrails and discounting frameworks.
  • Oversee complex renewal motions and negotiations, ensuring favorable outcomes.
  • Build scalable renewal processes across functions to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and principled decision-making within the team.
  • Surface insights to inform pricing and go-to-market strategies for better alignment.

Requirements

  • Experience in post-sales revenue leadership within the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Strong background in hiring and performance management, with a focus on team development.
