What You'll Do

• Deliver virtual therapy to children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and their families to foster trust and engagement.
• Work flexible hours that align with local time zones, ensuring accessibility for clients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain high clinical and technical quality in all therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Support families in understanding therapeutic approaches and their benefits.

Requirements

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• Experience in a telehealth or virtual setting is essential.
• Must own a phone, computer, and have access to high-speed internet.
• Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week during specified core hours.
