About the Role

We are seeking a Global B2B Insurance Partner to join SafetyWing's innovative team. As a Global B2B Insurance Partner, you will play a crucial role in connecting our Remote Health product with companies worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing you to engage with clients globally while enjoying the flexibility of your own schedule. In this role, you will build relationships with founders and HR leaders, guiding them in understanding their health insurance needs and introducing them to our solutions.

What You'll Do

• Identify potential companies for SafetyWing's Remote Health solution.
• Build strong relationships with founders and HR leaders.
• Introduce Remote Health and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of each company.
• Guide companies through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaborate with distribution leadership to refine strategies and improve outreach.
• Track your activities and document learnings to enhance future engagements.
• Earn commissions based on successful referrals and performance.

Requirements

• Existing network of founders or HR leaders is a plus.
