German Speaking Customer Support Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate German Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely. As a vital part of our Customer Success team, you will help coaches, players, and fans enhance their experience with our innovative AI-based sports camera technology.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer requests clearly and comprehensively via email, phone, and chat.
• Support the second line team by resolving general tickets and forwarding complex issues as needed.
• Adhere to KPIs for low response times, minimal backlog, and high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate relevant customer feedback and issues within the support team using the correct escalation channels.
• Provide insights for optimizing existing processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in tech support or product support.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• A love for soccer and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach to work.
• Familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a similar role.
