About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Back Office Associate to join our team at Raiffeisen Bank International. As an Entry-Level Back Office Associate, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support our clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Independently process housing savings financing applications.
• Conduct collateral and creditworthiness checks.
• Prepare loan agreements and land register applications.
• Manage loan disbursements efficiently.
• Provide telephone and written advice to Raiffeisen banks and retail clients regarding savings plans and financing options.

Requirements

• Commercial training at the secondary school level or completed banking apprenticeship.
• Prior experience in a commercial environment is advantageous.
• Strong interest in banking and financial services.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and good manners.
• Reliable, conscientious, and detail-oriented work style.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Fluency in additional languages.
