What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive experience.
• Provide support to Opticians and Technicians in delivering high-quality optical services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of optics or a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
