General Manager - Restaurant Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a General Manager for our Roadhouse Grill location in Park City. This General Manager remote role is pivotal in ensuring the restaurant's success through exceptional leadership and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Provide visible and professional leadership to managers and hourly team members.
• Build, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing management team.
• Oversee all front of house and back of house daily operations.
• Drive sales while managing labor and cost controls.
• Ensure superior service is consistently delivered to guests.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Experience leading and developing supervisors or managers.
• Strong understanding of full-service restaurant operations.
• Proven record of meeting operational and performance standards.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Nice to Have

• Current ServSafe Manager Certification and Alcohol Certification.
• Experience using Aloha or comparable POS systems.
• Experience managing labor scheduling through HotSchedules or similar platforms.
