Full Stack Developer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our innovative solutions for the agri-food industry. This position offers you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while contributing to sustainable livestock supply chains.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel, React, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop RESTful APIs to support various integrations and functionalities.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality through TDD practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical consultancy.
• Utilize MySQL and PostgreSQL for database management and data analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficient in PHP, Laravel, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and TDD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience in the agri-food sector or related fields.
