About the Role
We are seeking a Freelance PMO for Energy Infrastructure Projects to join our team remotely. This role focuses on managing critical infrastructure and capacity projects within the energy sector, specifically for the CDP Second Wave initiative. As a Freelance PMO, you will play a vital role in developing controllable capacities and ensuring compliance with PMEF guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Lead the project management office activities for energy infrastructure projects.
- Develop and revise project documentation to meet compliance standards.
- Facilitate workshops with project participants to ensure alignment and progress.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Utilize MS Office tools to create reports and presentations.
- Communicate effectively in both German and English to manage project communications.
- Attend monthly meetings in Düsseldorf to collaborate with the project team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Project Management Office role.
- Fluent in German with strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a communicative personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
