T&O Project Manager - Digital Channels for Retail

About the Role

We are seeking a T&O Project Manager (Digital Channels – Retail) to join NEORIS, now part of EPAM. As a leading digital accelerator with over 20 years of experience, we help companies transition into the future. This remote role will allow you to lead technology delivery across various systems and integrations, ensuring successful project execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across different systems and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical plans aligned with architecture.
• Manage RAID, progress reports, and project governance mechanisms.
• Oversee the preparation of environments, testing, and technical readiness activities to ensure successful deployments.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Lead to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and impacts.
• Coordinate technical teams, manage dependencies, and ensure all components are ready for implementation.

Requirements

• Solid experience managing technology projects in complex environments.
• Deep knowledge in system integration, testing, technical readiness, and deployments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage technical dependencies.
• Experience with governance processes and frameworks in technology projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
• Previous experience in projects related to digital channels or retail environments.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tracking and management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Experience in projects within large-scale organizations or rapidly evolving technological environments.
