What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service to retail and business clients, addressing their banking needs.
• Offer personalized advice on banking products and services, including loans and investment products.
• Assist clients with the use of new digital banking tools and services.
• Manage cash transactions and ensure optimal cash supply in the branch.
• Handle administrative tasks related to your role efficiently.

Requirements

• Secondary education in economics or finance.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using banking software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Open-minded and flexible personality with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Dynamic, results-driven approach to work.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking and cash management.
• Basic language skills.
• Certification from the National Bank of Hungary (MNB) in capital markets or insurance brokering.
