Marketing Manager - CNS Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager (CNS) to join our team remotely. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals suffering from central nervous system disorders. This position allows you to make a significant impact while working in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Implement strategic brand plans tailored to the CNS market segment, including brand positioning and communication for Neuraxpharm's CNS portfolio.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and execute pre-launch, launch, and post-launch plans for assigned products.
• Develop, implement, and ensure marketing, communication, and sales strategies for CNS products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and sales teams on both national and global levels.
• Support management in analyzing market developments and acquiring new products and projects.
• Execute comprehensive launch plans, training materials, and supporting marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports for the Business Unit Head and management.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Marketing Manager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally with a focus on CNS.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for market research, data analysis, and project management.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

• Experience in digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
