About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Freelance Online Instructor for OTA/ATA Subjects to join our team at Lingoda. In this remote role, you will provide high-quality learning experiences for students in the OTA/ATA field through virtual classrooms. As an Online Instructor, you will conduct case discussions and specialized instruction, ensuring that participants receive first-class learning experiences. Your expertise will contribute to a high pass rate through quality online teaching, making a significant impact on students' educational journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging and effective online instruction in OTA/ATA subjects.
  • Conduct case discussions and specialized training sessions in a virtual classroom environment.
  • Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to student needs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborate with the Lingoda Teacher Team to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
  • Maintain a flexible and creative approach to teaching, adapting to various learning styles.
  • Support students in their preparation for the German language exam for international OTA/ATA.
  • Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and success through quality teaching.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C2+ level) with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about teaching with a minimum of 1 year of experience in lesson preparation and execution.
  • Experience in teaching German as a foreign language is advantageous.
  • Availability at least once a week from 8 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 12 PM.
  • Knowledge of OTA/ATA training or specialized training in OP/Anesthesia care.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage virtual classroom dynamics.
  • Creative and flexible work approach to meet diverse student needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.
  • Background in educational technology.
  • Familiarity with the requirements for the German language exam for international OTA/ATA.
