What You'll Do

  • Proofread educational content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency.
  • Input text from standards documents into in-house spreadsheets to support standards alignment projects.
  • Utilize your sharp eye for detail to compare website text and PDFs side by side to ensure accuracy.
  • Rapidly implement edits to maintain the highest quality of content.
  • Work independently while meeting weekly deadlines.
  • Contribute to improving education through technology.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail is required; prior proofreading/editing experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Knowledge of HTML formatting is a plus.
  • Availability for up to 10 hours per week; possibly more depending on projects.
  • A passion for education and technology.
