About the Role
We're hiring a Freelance Business Development & Account Manager to join our innovative team at hystrix medical AG. This remote role focuses on transforming healthcare procurement and sales, specifically targeting the Dutch market. As a Freelance Business Development & Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in redefining how hospitals and healthcare institutions source medical products and how suppliers connect with them.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare buyers in the Dutch market.
- Own the entire sales cycle from identifying leads to closing contracts.
- Present and demonstrate our platform to potential users, providing training and support.
- Negotiate service agreements with procurement heads to ensure mutual benefit.
- Gather user feedback and suggest software improvements to enhance user experience.
- Represent hystrix medical AG at industry events, showcasing our innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with our Swiss headquarters and attend occasional meetings in Zurich.
- Work flexible hours (40-100%) to accommodate your schedule while working remotely.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is a must.
- Deep understanding of Dutch healthcare procurement and/or sales.
- 3-7 years of experience in healthcare procurement and/or sales.
- Passion for innovation and digital tools that enhance healthcare.
- Client-focused and proactive attitude to drive results.
- A strong network within the Dutch hospital procurement landscape is ideal.

- Experience with digital healthcare solutions.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in healthcare procurement.
- Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
