Enterprise Account Executive - EMEA (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive - EMEA (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Sourcegraph. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on how engineering organizations operate at scale. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with developers and engineering leaders to drive the adoption of our powerful code intelligence platform.
What You'll Do
- Within your first month, you will initiate 1:1 meetings with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 day plan, and begin building a territory plan targeting net-new logo accounts.
- Develop compelling strategies to align Sourcegraph's unique capabilities with your prospects' engineering and business objectives.
- Engage with key partners across Customer Engineering, Technical Success, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to build critical relationships throughout your deal cycles.
- Own the full sales cycle, consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Negotiate complex enterprise proposals and contracts while maintaining accurate forecasting.
- Deliver actionable customer feedback across teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Mentor and support new Account Executives, assisting with onboarding and training to elevate the entire team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas while leading with empathy and credibility.
- Experience selling complex solutions with ASP ≥ $100k.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Experience selling developer or engineering-focused products.
- Familiarity with software development concepts, CI/CD, version control, or DevOps tooling.
- Knowledge of security, licensing, and compliance requirements.
