Financial Analyst - Remote Position at MetaSource

About the Role

MetaSource is looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our FP&A team, taking direct financial ownership of our Mortgage business unit while providing essential cross-divisional support to our BPM business unit. What You'll Do

• Own P&L forecasting, monthly revenue projections, and variance analysis specifically for the Mortgage Business Unit.
• Build and own dynamic financial models from scratch to project revenue, forecast capacity, and analyze margin impacts.
• Provide targeted month-end close execution for the BPM business unit.
• Execute core month-end financial tasks, including complex cost allocations and journal entry validations.
• Collaborate directly with department heads to update actuals and build precise projections.
• Support weekly revenue flash calls with accurate financial data.
• Drive targeted improvement initiatives to streamline FP&A processes.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in public accounting, PE-backed FP&A, restructuring, or corporate finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to build financial models from scratch.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and the three financial statements.
• Ability to navigate and extract data from BI platforms like Qlik.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is a strong advantage.
