Finance & Strategy Associate - Remote Position

About the Role

Join Lola Blankets as a Finance & Strategy Associate, a fully remote position where you will leverage your financial expertise to drive business growth and profitability. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting, making a significant impact on our strategic planning process.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain Lola Blankets' financial model while assisting with all financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Build business cases to assess and prioritize new channel and product opportunities.
• Report on key business drivers that impact growth and profitability.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow and working capital to ensure financial health.
• Provide analysis and documentation to the Controller and accounting team to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to support financial goals across the organization.
• Prepare financial analysis-backed presentations for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the company’s strategic planning process with valuable financial insights.
• Monitor competitor performance and provide summaries to inform strategy.
• Assist with the development of pitch materials for expanding credit facilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint is essential for this Finance & Strategy Associate role.
• Experience with financial modeling and FP&A processes is required.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
