Part-Time HR Administrator - Remote
About the Role
STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a dedicated Part-Time HR Administrator - Remote to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in providing efficient and accurate HR administrative support across all employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations. As a remote HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining employee records, processing recruitment administration, and supporting the Leadership Team with HR advice.
What You'll Do
- Keep employee records accurate and up to date in our HR system.
- Process recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, and responses to candidates.
- Conduct recruitment checks as part of the pre-onboarding process.
- Manage Annual Leave and maintain the holiday booking system (Absentify).
- Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and kept up to date with changing legislation.
- Provide information about monthly payroll changes/actions to the payroll provider.
- Support offboarding and exit processes.
- Answer employee questions on policies and procedures.
- Provide HR support/advice to the Leadership Team.
- Support other projects, such as Quality standards accreditation.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Ideally at least 3 years of HR experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with HR software solutions.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in various jurisdictions.
