What You'll Do

• Conduct custom analysis of POS and retail sales data.
• Manage client relationships and expectations effectively.

• Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data analysis.
• Design frameworks and processes for the research team.
• Provide data-backed insights for marketing content.
• Test and provide feedback on the AI-powered analytics platform, Bolt.
• Evaluate analytical outputs for accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insights.
• Work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or research.
• Experience with POS or retail sales data.
• Strong SQL skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach.
