About the Role

Network Runners is seeking a highly qualified Business Analyst - Remote to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This role involves providing program and project management support for IT-focused initiatives, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to impact the defense sector.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to ensure project success.
• Support strategic business management operations through process review and improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation.
• Provide business process analysis to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support DoD Software Development Projects through requirements validation and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop tools and metrics for process improvements, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for task execution and project management.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• 5 years of experience in professional writing and documentation.
• 5 years working on DoD programs and supporting DoD Software Development Projects.
• 5 years developing processes and maintaining metrics.
• 5 years managing Six Sigma projects.
• 1-2 years of knowledge in utilizing ServiceNow.

Nice to Have

• Experience with business intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Certifications in Six Sigma or related fields.
