Expansion Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Expansion Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at Eurocash. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating locations for new retail stores, including Eurosklep, Groszek, ABC, Delikatesy Centrum, and Duży Ben. Your work will play a crucial role in our expansion strategy across various regions in Poland.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities for our retail network.
• Build and maintain relationships with franchisees to support their development and our network's expansion.
• Actively seek out potential franchisees and present collaboration terms to join our network.
• Utilize your knowledge of the local retail market to inform strategic decisions.
• Engage in fieldwork to assess potential locations and market conditions.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and customer service within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the local retail market.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients.
• Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking skills to assess market opportunities.
• Valid driver's license (category B) and willingness to work in the field.
