About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated UK HR Internal Communications & Change Manager to join our dynamic team at Turner & Townsend. This is a unique opportunity to lead HR change initiatives and communications for a critical transformation program across the UK region. As a key player in our HR team, you will ensure the successful implementation and adoption of new processes while driving effective communications and stakeholder engagement. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and management of regional project communication plans, ensuring alignment with global timelines and objectives.
  • Drive effective change management and stakeholder engagement strategies to support the HR transformation program.
  • Coordinate regional training and user adoption strategies to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
  • Monitor progress against deployment plans, identifying risks and issues, and escalating as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated communications aligned with broader organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in producing impactful change communications for diverse internal audiences.
  • Strong operational change capability with a track record of executing project rollouts on time and within budget.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with demonstrable experience in creating clear and persuasive communication materials.
  • Familiarity with internal communications content management systems, MS SharePoint, Office 365, and HRIS systems.
  • Experience supporting go-live and hypercare communications in a time-critical environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in system implementation is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting on communication effectiveness.
  • Ability to influence and develop productive relationships with various teams across the business.
