About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join C&A's team. This Sales Associate remote position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the fashion retail industry. As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to creating a positive customer experience and inspire customers to find their perfect outfits.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in their search for fashion items, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain an optimal store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with a team of sales associates, visual merchandisers, and management to enhance the store's atmosphere.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends to provide informed advice and inspiration to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Customer-oriented attitude with strong social and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and the ability to inspire customers.
• A desire to grow within the company, potentially advancing to Assistant or Store Manager roles.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.
