Executive Director - Senior Living Facility
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Senior Living facility in Leander, Texas. As an Executive Director remote position, you will oversee the overall operations of the facility, ensuring that we meet resident needs while adhering to government regulations and company policies. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of care and achieving our business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Direct all operations, liaising with staff, residents, government agencies, and the community.
- Ensure high resident satisfaction and retention through quality service delivery.
- Administer annual resident satisfaction surveys and implement strategies for improvement.
- Execute annual operating and capital budgets, proactively managing budget variances.
- Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain facilities to be tour-ready at all times through effective maintenance oversight.
- Provide direct resident care as needed and ensure proper staffing coverage.
- Engage with the local community to foster a positive image and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional leadership experience in a similar role.
- Certified Assisted Living Managers Certification (CALM) required within 90 days of hire.
- Valid driver’s license is necessary.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
