About the Role

Join Radicle Health as a Customer Success Manager - Remote and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption. In this position, you will manage key customer accounts and drive growth opportunities while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
• Act as a Product Knowledge Expert for customers, providing insights and education on best practices and new features.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and enhance customer experiences.
• Monitor customer engagement and provide recommendations to maximize product value.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Drive upselling and renewals to achieve net revenue retention targets.
• Attend industry-related promotional events to represent Radicle Health.
• Manage the renewal process for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
• Proven success in meeting portfolio goals and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record software is a plus.
