Compliance Lead - Remote Position at ClimateWorks Foundation

About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance Lead to join our team at ClimateWorks Foundation, a global organization dedicated to ending the climate crisis through philanthropy. This remote Compliance Lead position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful climate solutions while ensuring compliance in grants management.

What You'll Do

• Process and enter data related to grants, contracts, and gifts.
• Review supporting documents to ensure compliance guidelines are met.
• Maintain metrics for grants and contracts processing.
• Coordinate on grantee update reports.
• Contribute to annual grantmaking forecasts.
• Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries regarding grants.
• Support grantmaking efforts across various programs.
• Collaborate with Finance and Grants teams.
• Work with minimal supervision, both virtually and in-person.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in nonprofit grants and contracts administration.
• Experience with Salesforce and grantmaking databases.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree with interest in environmental issues.
• Ability to handle competing demands and priorities.
• Commitment to a diverse, inclusive work environment.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
