About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager - Remote to join Augury, a pioneering company in the field of Industrial AI. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead and grow a team of ambitious and high-performing Regional and Enterprise Account Executives. Your leadership will help transform the operations of leading industrial manufacturing organizations, enhancing human productivity through our innovative AI technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Grow, develop, manage, and coach an Account Executive team to close business and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and foster a results-driven culture that motivates the team.
  • Help the team develop strategies for penetrating new logos and expanding our market presence.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to strengthen sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide real-time market feedback to shape Augury's GTM strategy.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and performance metrics to ensure team success.
  • Act as an executive sponsor on key opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Be available to travel up to 30% to support customer needs and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling technology solutions to VP and above buyers.
  • Minimum of 4 years managing high-performing Enterprise Sales teams.
  • Proven track record in closing $100K+ ARR deals.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise selling methodologies and strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Accountability to goals while fostering team development and growth.

  • Experience in the Industrial AI sector.
  • Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive AI technologies.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
