Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager - Remote to join our innovative team at Remote. In this role, you will take full strategic ownership of our global B2B affiliate ecosystem, moving beyond simple management to architect a comprehensive growth engine.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global affiliate strategy that aligns with our business goals.
• Own performance goals for the affiliates function, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Manage the affiliate platform, including tracking and reporting to optimize performance.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation frameworks to enhance efficiency.
• Curate a high-impact B2B partner ecosystem that fosters collaboration and growth.
• Optimize affiliate commission structures to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates to drive engagement and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective marketing materials.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing an affiliate program with a proven track record of growing affiliate-generated revenue globally.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking technology and analytics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain partnerships.
• Familiarity with Impact.com or similar affiliate marketing platforms.
