Senior Revenue Accountant - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Revenue Accountant - Remote to join our dynamic team at Twilio. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting complex revenue accounting matters while ensuring compliance with ASC 606. What You'll Do

• Analyze and document revenue accounting treatment for customer contracts.
• Support the implementation of new customer contracts and contribute to the monthly revenue close.
• Maintain Stand-Alone Selling Prices (SSPs) and assist with SOX compliance.
• Prepare audit support and update revenue accounting policies.
• Provide accounting support for new product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Proven ability to prioritize work independently and meet deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition software.
• CPA certification or equivalent.
